    • 10/07/2019 - "C" Shift crews responded just before 1300 hours to a reported house fire on the 7800 block of Shingle Creek Drive. Initial alarm assignment included Chief 2, Battalion Chief 1, 2, Engine 2, 3, 4, and Tower 21 with auto aid from Plymouth Battalion Chief 1 and Ladder 21. Chief 2 arrived to find a 2-story residence with smoke showing and requested a Brooklyn Park all-call. Crews pulled lines to the back of the structure and made a fast knock on the fire. A 2nd alarm was requested as well initially bringing in West Metro Engine 32, Brooklyn Center Engine 3, Coon Rapids with an Engine, and Fridley with an Engine to stand by. Crews did extensive overhaul and were able to clear the scene in about an hour. All residents made it out safe. North Memorial Ambulance and supervisor stood by at the scene.
    • 10/16/2019 - "A" Shift crews responded to a reported School fire at Cooper High School in New Hope just before noon. Battalion Chief 1, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded along with West Metro and Plymouth. Initial reports stated there was heavy black smoke from a classroom and sprinkler activation.
    • 10/16/2019 -"A" shift crews responded to the 4800 block of Hampshire Ave N in the city of Crystal for a 2nd alarm house fire around 1830 hours. Battalion Chief 1, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded.
    • 10/25/2019 - "C" Shift Crews responded to the 3300 block of 80th Ave N around 1930 hours for a reported structure fire. Initial Alarm assignment included Chief 2, Battalion Chief 2, Engine 2, 3, and 4 with auto-aid from West Metro Tower 1. Engine 3 arrived to find heavy smoke showing from the two-story residence with fire showing inside the structure. Crews made access and found a vent limited fire contained to the kitchen that was extinguished quickly. Crews started ventilation and conducted overhaul. West Metro Fire was cancelled. Crews cleared the scene in about an hour. North Memorial Ambulance and supervisor stood by at the scene
    • 12/02/2019 - "A" Shift crews responded to the 2300 block of 84th Ave around noon for a reported house fire. Initial alarm assignment included Inspector 1, Engine 2, and Engine 4 who were blocks away from the fire at the East Station doing weekly cleaning on the trucks. Auto-aid from West-Metro Tower 1 was included in the 1st alarm. Battalion Chief 1 and Engine 3 were on calls at the time, but were able to clear up and respond. Engine 2 and 4 quickly arrived to a 2-story residence with heavy smoke from the charlie side (back) of the structure and flames visible from the alpha side (front). Engine 4s crew pulled an apartment lay from Engine 2 to the structure to make access to the well involved upper level of the split-level structure. Battalion 1 arrived and took command. Engine 4s crew knocked down the fire and contained it to the upper level. A quick response and aggressive interior attack from crews played a big role in containing this fire and minimizing damage. A second alarm was struck, but modified to only have Brooklyn Center Engine 3 continue and Fridley Engine 3 stand-by at our central station. Crews cycled through to do extensive overhaul of the structure. The cause of the fire is still under investigation. North Memorial Ambulance and supervisor stood by at the scene.
    • 11/08/2019 - "C" Shift crews responded to a reported business fire on the 7100 block of Winnetka just before 1000 hours. Initial Alarm assignment included Chief 2, Battalion 2, Engine 2, 3, DFM 1 with auto-aid from West Metro fire. Battalion 2 arrived to find black smoke from the roof of a large commercial business. Maple Grove fire was requested to the scene after a 360 was completed. Crews remained on scene for about an hour.
    • 11/10/2019 - "C" Shift crews responded house fire on the 2400 block of Pearson Parkway around 2000 hours. Initial Alarm assignment included Battalion 2, Engine 2, 3, 4 with auto-aid from West Metro Captain 31 and Tower 1. Initial updates reported that the garage was fully involved. Battalion Chief 2 arrived to find a working fire with flames on the Charlie (back) side of the structure. A 2nd box-alarm was struck bringing in mutual-aid from Brooklyn Center and Coon Rapids with an Engine, Fridley with a ladder, and Plymouth to standby and assist with covering calls. North ambulance stood by at the scene.
    • 11/12/2019 - "A" Shift crews responded to a reported house fire on the 6000 block of Ensign Ave in New Hope around 1730 hours. Battalion Chief 1, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded.
    • 11/16/2019 - "C" Shift crews responded to a reported apartment fire on the 6000 block of 78th around 1530 hours. Battalion Chief 2, Engine 3, 4, and Tower 21 responded with auto aid from Plymouth Ladder 21. Battalion Chief 2 arrived to find fire showing from the roof of a 3-story apartment complex. Crews contained the fire quickly and conducted overhaul. North Memorial Ambulance and supervisor stood by at the scene.
    • 11/21/2019 - "C" Shift crews responded to Brooklyn Center for a 2nd alarm double house fire on the 6900 block of Perry around 0400 hours. Battalion Chief 2, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded.
    • 11/26/2019 - "A" Shift crews responded to a business fire on the 5000 block of 56th Ave in the city of Crystal around 0130 hours. Battalion Chief 1, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded. Updates included fire on the back side of the structure. Engine 3 arrived first on scene with West Metro Battalion 7 and made up the first in crew for fire suppression. Crews cleared the scene shortly after an hour of assisting our mutual aid partners.
    • 12/25/2019 - "B" Shift crews responded to a reported business fire on the 5000 block of West Broadway in Crystal via auto-aid to West Metro around 1730 hours on Christmas. Battalion Chief 1, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded to the scene. Initial reports were of a Chimney fire.
    • 12/26/2019 - "C" Shift crews responded to a reported business fire on the 5000 block of West Broadway in Crystal via auto-aid to West Metro around 0730 hours. Battalion Chief 2, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded to the scene. Initial reports were of a HVAC unit on fire. Initial arriving officers reported smoke showing from the roofline.
    • 12/31/2019 - "C" Shift Crews were dispatched via auto-aid to West Metro for a reported house fire on the 6500 block of 62nd Ave around 0345 hours. Battalion Chief 2, Engine 2, and Engine 3 responded and arrived on scene with West Metro Lt. 21 to find a working structure fire. Crews pulled lines off Engine 3 for a transitional attack to knock down the bulk of the fire. Crews remained in scene for almost 3 hours.
